How to Organise a Hen Party Abroad - Las Vegas

If you’re thinking big, you don’t get bigger, brighter or better than a Las Vegas hen party.

Organising a hen party abroad might seem hard, but not when it’s Vegas. That’s because this place is the adult entertainment capital of the world. Jammed with every essential for the ultimate hen party abroad, you can visit acrobatic nightclubs, revolving restaurants and pool parties as easily as you can see strips shows, burlesque acts and global celebrities.

To help you organise your Las Vegas hen party, we’ve selected some of the best venues and attractions to make sure your time in the desert playground is unforgettable.

Clubs

Vegas is famous for its club scene. The world’s best acts scramble to play here and the fierce competition between each one makes for a spectacular hen night wherever you go.

LIGHT Nightclub is renowned for using cutting-edge technology to create stunning special effects and light shows throughout its live performances, which means everyone from Cirque du Soleil acrobats to chart-topping DJs want to play here. For a dayclub, you need to try Marquee. Featuring a rooftop patio, cocktail service and open-air party deck, it’s the best pool party you’ll ever experience.

Entertainment

There really are so many ways you can entertain yourself on a Las Vegas hen party. From brunching with drag acts and learning to pole dance, to seeing erotic cabarets and watching singing legends on stage.

Brooklyn Bowl at The Linq is perfect for a casual night of tipsy bowling while watching the live performances. You can’t go to Vegas and not see a show, so we’ve chosen the weirdest one we could find. Watch Absinthe and experience a provocative, adult-only variety of crazy sideshows and acrobatics that you’ll never forget.

Grand Canyon outof a Helicopter Arzona USAAdventure

A hen party abroad is itself an adventure. But this is Vegas, so we have to be OTT. If you’re looking for a nice activity you can do in pairs, try a tandem skydive. Or if you want to skip the downtown traffic, hop on a 12-storey-high zipline.

We jest. The best way to drink in your new surroundings is with a champagne-soaked (or maybe just lightly-moistened) helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon. While you’re out in the desert, why not jump in a mini baja (a very open buggy car) and race each other across the sand?

Bars

Step on the strip and it’s a buffet of bars. From ultra cool lounges with chandeliers, to ice bars and craft beer pubs, finding a good place to laugh and drink is not an issue on a Las Vegas hen party.

Atomic Liquors is the oldest freestanding bar in Las Vegas and was once a favourite drinking spot of The Rat Pack and Barbra Streisand. Today, it makes spectacular cocktails — partly-inspired by the bomb-testing site it used to look over. For a lively bar with piano-duelling sessions, random singalongs and Happy Hours; there’s no place like Bar at Times Square at New York-New York. A great place to get in the hen party mood before hitting the clubs.

Restaurants

Whenever someone goes to Las Vegas, they always go on about how amazing the buffets are. Since you already know it ranks high for indulgent food spreads, we’ll look at other options.

If you’ve chosen a hen party abroad, you clearly want something to remember. Dine 800 feet above the strip at the only revolving restaurant in Las Vegas: Top of the World in Stratosphere Hotel. Go for lunch or dinner, but take care on the moving floor. If you’re after something special but casual, Holsteins Shakes and Buns serves some of the best burgers in Vegas. And is also one of the few places we know that has a menu dedicated to alcohol milkshakes in a variety of flavours.

Cocktails

It’s no surprise this sleepless city is bursting with signature cocktails containing anything from barbecue sauce to crushed pork rind. Don’t worry, the ones we’ve pulled out don’t contain traces of animal.

Celebrate the start of your hen party adventure with a Fizz Noir cocktail from Caesars Palace — made with cherries, lemon juice, candy syrup, Grey Goose Cherry Noir, and Domaine Chandon Brut champagne! Head to Bound for a Breakfast Martini, featuring gin and orange marmalade, then wander back for a supper-time pick-me-up of beer-flavoured espresso, rum, honey, and spices (a.k.a the Keep Me Awake Bro cocktail).
